About OTTTV

We deliver IPTV subscription services straight to one device in your home over the internet. That single sentence has been the whole of our business since 2021, and everything below explains the decisions we made to keep it true.

Who we are

A small operation that does one thing properly

OTTTV is an independent reseller of IPTV subscription services operating from Ottawa, Ontario. We do not host content, we do not originate channels and we do not pretend otherwise. What we do is buy capacity from licensed upstream distributors, route it through our own edge infrastructure, and stand behind it with a support desk that answers at three in the morning.

The Canadian market is full of providers promising infinite connections, every app ever written and a channel count that would require more sources than exist. We went the other way. One device. One application. A channel grid we actually audit. It is a narrower promise, and it is one we can keep.

How we work

Four decisions that define the service

Each of these costs us sales. We keep them because they are the reason our renewal rate holds.

01

One device per subscription

Enforced at the server. Overselling concurrency is the single most common cause of the buffering that makes people cancel IPTV. We would rather sell you one line that works than three that fight each other.

02

One supported application

IBO Player only. It reaches Samsung and LG televisions that most players cannot, and supporting a single app means our technicians have already solved your exact problem. The setup guide is written for it end to end.

03

A paid intro month, not a giveaway

Zero-cost giveaways attract people who never intended to pay and consume the capacity of people who did. A CA$10.99 introductory month filters for genuine interest while keeping the risk to you trivially small.

04

Nothing renews on its own

We hold no stored payment method for recurring billing. When a term runs out the line simply goes quiet, and it stays quiet until you decide to buy another one. No forgotten charges, no cancellation maze.

05

A grid we prune

Our engineers audit sources weekly and retire anything unstable for more than 48 hours. A smaller honest number beats a larger fictional one — the full breakdown is on the channels page.

06

Plain-language policies

Our refund policy and terms of service are written to be read, not to be survived. If a rule affects your money, it is stated in the first paragraph of its section.

Serving Canada

Built for the way Canadians actually watch

Our subscribers are in Ottawa and Toronto, in Montréal and Québec City, in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax and Mississauga. That geography shapes the product: a genuinely deep French-language section rather than a token handful of channels, hockey routed through dedicated high-bitrate nodes, and a support desk that never assumes English is your first language.

It also shapes the pricing. Everything is quoted and charged in Canadian dollars, so there is no exchange-rate surprise landing on a statement two days later. Every term is listed on the pricing page.

  • Bilingual interface guidance and bilingual support
  • Canadian networks placed at the top of the grid
  • CAD pricing with no conversion fees from our side
  • Coverage for every province and territory

Our position on content and copyright

OTTTV operates as a reseller of IPTV subscription services. None of the channels or on-demand titles that travel through our platform are stored on, or broadcast from, equipment we own — every stream originates with an upstream licensed distributor. We take copyright seriously and respond to every properly-formed notice under our DMCA and copyright policy. Rights holders should write to [email protected].

Thirty days, the complete service, CA$10.99, and nothing that renews behind your back.
